I just got back from the Fuhrman&#039;s Getaway, working on going from about 80% to between 90 and 100%. Since being so motivated I&#039;ve lost 5 lbs!
I need to lose 15 more but I know now that I&#039;ll get there!

Wow.  Thank you, thank you, thank you for that post.  I have been sitting here ALL day just beating myself up.  I have been working out for the past few weeks 4x a week, and I just stepped on the scale to see that I&#039;ve gained 5 pounds!!!  I&#039;m just beside myself.  Now, I know that my food intake hasn&#039;t been up to snuff lately, but honestly, I didn&#039;t think it worthy of 5 pounds, that&#039;s for sure!!!!  ...so what did I do today?  I ate crap...lots of it.  Definitely not going to make me feel any better, is it?  I chose to make myself feel worse today....

tomorrow is a new day.  A new day to really commit.  I am having SUCH a hard time food-wise committing.  Got the cardio/training down, but just need to get the food in line....I now have 35 pounds to lose.  ugh.  So incredibly daunting....and I just keep beating myself up.  I need to chose, and I need actions behind my choices.
