I’ve always been a fan of Alanis Morrisette’s music, but recently I learned that she follows the same way of eating that I highly recommend (she lost a ton of weight and looks lean, strong and healthy these days), and this article gives more details:

Promise! It’s basically a guarantee that you’ll feel better, look better and have more energy. (No way of eating can make you happy in and of itself, but it sure is awesome to feel attractive all the time eating this way, which is SO good for the soul.)
